Quincy Williams will play great, then poof, he disappears....repeat. We can let him walk.
Kwon-His history of injury scares me to sign him long-term. I'm fine with another 1-year deal.
I love CJ and would like him back without breaking the bank.
We'll need to draft some LBs and look to sign some FA's.

Problem with Quincy is he is playing sideline to sideline, which is the responsibility of the MLB, but CJ is not and will never be a sideline to sideline player.

We need a Mike with speed who can cover, Mosley was not signed to play in a 4-3, he’s just miscast in this defense

Besides a LT in Rd #1. OLB or MLB is a need in Rd #2. We need a good strong Mo Lewis type of OLB. Maybe even trade up from Rd #3 and grab a MLB to replace our 22.5 million dollar MLB (Mosley). If we grab a good FS and a RUN STUFFER Defensive Lineman in FA. Our Defense is secure for years to come.

We need one OLB, IDL and DE on the defensive side all attainable in this year's draft.

We need Center, developmental LG, and LT along with 1 TE, 1 WR and the main piece a damn QB. Again all attainable in this draft.

Have to retain Greg the leg and might be time to look into finding a new long snapper.

Other than that we have a solid foundation to work with.

Like most am worried about Quinnen's mindset if or after we pay him. But the depth on the d line and depth at linebacker is good. Expect Quincy and Kwon to get signed elsewhere while CJ already restructured his contract to help the cap numbers but only see him with us for one more season unless we can find another diamond to be the MLB.

Packers Crosby is a FA. Would rather have him then Greg the Leg. If he leaves GB. I don't think DE is a bigger need than a FS. We have 3 young DE waiting in the wings. Free agency pickups: FS Bates, WR Lazzard, K Crosby and a QB (Carr) would be nice. Draft Rd#1: LT. Rd#2: OLB or IDL. Rd#3,#4,#5: OLB, MLB, G, RT, or C. I don't see TE as a major need this year. WR will be when we release C. Davis.
