This may not end up being the SB year. My suspicion is that after this upcoming season, the Jets load up on some veteran free agents on one-year deals, looking to win it all in 2024-25. I still think they make a run this season, but a full offseason with Rodgers as the guaranteed QB, they win it all, and he rides off into the sunset after two years having won a ring. Becomes a legend in Jets circles.

How can you say you don’t see a difference enough for us to be at least in a SB conversation? There is a post I saw on Instagram today about Garret Wilson. (Too lazy to look it up) it was about him being targeted more than any rookie receiver in the last few years. Also mentioned that he only caught 57% of his passes. The crazy thing is, the throws to him from ZW, 19% (I think) were uncatchable balls. 1 of 5 passes that ZW threw to GW were completely uncatchable. You really think that will be the case with AR?
Our defense was pretty damn good last year.
Our offense this year— Wilson, Lazard, Hardman, and Mims (still have hope) at WR. Breece and MC in the backfield. Two very decent TE’s in Conklin and CJ. As long as we have some health and maybe a good draft pick or two on the O-line,… Damn son. With ZW behind center, meh. Nothing special. With AR behind center,… OH HELL YES!
We going to have a fun time watching our team this year friends. So ready.

I just said I don’t think he’s the difference between what we did last year and us now “winning“ the SB. We can be in the conversation.
but, this is still the team that ended the season losing 7 of 8 or whatever. And we werent like Tampa a few years ago where we were a few stupid int’s from being great. We’re in the afc where every game is a challenge and we don’t know how any of our guys are going to be coming off injuries, Breece, AVT…. Is Mitchell going to play? Still many question marks
can Rodgers end our belichick curse? Can he win in the playoffs? I’m still pissed at him for losing at home to brady after winning 14 games and an mvp. If we can get to the playoffs we’ll be playing the likes of Majommes, Burrow, Allen, to say the least. Unlike the nfc where there werent many good teams and he still couldn’t get to the SB
