Only 6 , 1 o'clock games on the schedule and several of those are late in the season and could be flexed out. Can't wait

I love 1PM starts. Hate night games, which end too late and interfere with my beauty sleep.
Best was when I lived on the West Coast. One o'clock games were on at 10AM, so I could watch over coffee. Then once the 4PM's were over (1PM out west), you had most of the afternoon to go out hiking, etc.
I've gotten used to watching 1PM Jet games. I expected game times to be later with Rodgers here. With all that happening the expectations are high, and many more will want to watch the Jets. It will take time for the stench of early season failures to end and the haters will still be laying in the weeds. There hasn't been respect league wide since 2010. That's too damn long! For me, I've taken the approach of waiting til the early morning to watch the game for no other reason than to watch in peace. No distractions. In that regard, this season won't be any different than the past.

I don't give a chit what any "analyst" says. Our first 6 are tough. Dan O. says we'll go 4-2, Greeny says , "I'll take 3-3".
Both are more than respectable. Bills, Chiefs, Eagles. We shouldn't let any game affect the next , more so if the outcome is good.

3 -3 would be a great start, but it will be what it will be and can't stop fighting if less or cruise if better. Just take it game by game and give 100.

When I lived out west, before folks could get satellite in their homes, we had to watch games in certain bars which beamed in the NFL. You had to get there early to secure a seat. And they had drink and food minimums. You were usually plastered by 9-9:30 AM off pitchers of beer, bloody mary's or vodka and orange. lol
Unless the Jets were the national game (a rarity), and we didn't feel like going to those bars, I'd call friends in NY and have them put the phone by the TV so we could listen to the games.
