I live in the Rockies….. so have never been to MetLife. How do you think the crowd will react on Sunday against the Patsies???? Will it be like Monday night against the Bills? Or will be boo birds be out early ?
Thoughts????

One thing for sure, the crowd will be initially active. But just like this board, the fans will need to see success to keep their energy up (sustained drives on offense, create turnovers, get off the field on defense, and score early). There's no legitimate reason to come out flat or unprepared in this one. For the teams sake as well as the fans, this is a must win simply cause the Chiefs arrive next Sunday night. 2 - 2 looks better than 1 - 3. Any slide will force the front office to sign a QB asap.

Patriots offense isn’t elite, so I’m expecting the defense to have a big game. On offense they will commit to the run early and Patriots will be stacking the box the whole game.

If we can move the chains early, the crowd will be cheering. If the offense struggles again, expect the boos by halftime

Best we can hope for if the defense plays up to how good they think they are is a zero zero tie and whoever returns a punt in OT wins

I can guarantee the fans will be waiting for the first bad thing to happen. I've been to a few games at MetLife including one where they cheered Pennington getting hurt. Jet fans are slightly above Philly fans IMO.

The energy and excitement in MetLife last Monday was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I can’t even describe it, you just had to be there. We all know why, Aaron Rodgers, which signified real hope and excitement, the first game of the season, on 9-11 and on a Monday night. It will be nothing like that this Sunday. It won’t be like that again until they reach the AFC Championship game or a Super Bowl.

I believe the crowd will be expecting the worst but hoping for the best. They’ll be ready to get all over the Jets, Zach and Hackett especially but if the team can stay competitive than there will be crowd support. This entire season has gone to shit, so I don’t believe none of us are expecting anything special anymore. Probably not even the playoffs. It will be the same ole Jets attitude for the rest of the year.

The have been games in the past that seemed almost like Pats home games due to the secondary market sales and the Jets fans propensity to leave the park early.

So this crowd depends on how many people put up their tix for sale after their $9,375M per play 4 play season ended

The balloon of hype from opening night has burst. It would have been nice if it had lasted longer

I misspoke I have only been to 1 game at MetLife. After that game I said I would never do that again. It was vs the Ravens week 1 in 2010. I saw many games at the Meadowlands which is where the Pennington injury was.

That Monday night crowd was unprecedented for a Jet game. That energy has never been present before. Not at Met life, the Meadowlands ,Shea or the Polo grounds.
It's going to be a long time until the Jets get that kind of reception again.

What will the attitude be? Same as it always is. The crowd will be Psyched until the Offense comes on the Field. Then, Who knows?
Paying to watch Zach Wilson play has gotta be excruciating.
Poor Bastard thought Super Bowl when you bought those Season Tix, now you're stuck with this.
I feel for ya. Been there Done That.

You could feel all that Energy just dissipate after Rodgers went down in that game on Monday Night.

What are you gonna do? I'll watch them as long as I can stomach it.

What about this week (Week4)? Will enough Jets fans have sold their tix for Metlife to become Arrowhead East? Will Ed manage to get a Jets chant going before kickoff?

What would be funny is if somebody got into the announcer's booth and played the 'Tomahawk Chop' as Zach took the field for the first time.

Then on to the stadium-wide chorus of 'Fly Eagles Fly' on Week 6.
