They got him late in the off season not thinking the beast Breece is. It was for Breece being on a pitch count, ergo run by committee.

Reasons to sign him was to spell Breece but same time taking reps from both Carter and the rookie, so get a 5th and say ty, bye.

I'd like to see Izzy with some playing time. He has the potential to take the backup role from Carter, IMO.

Yeah I know. Still doesn't change the fact that there is only so many carries available and Breece is showing He is the Man. Give Cook a shot too catch on somewhere else while the Season is still young. Everyone wins.

Carter has really taken a downturn. What happened? He looks like a shadow of the player he was.

JD would probably throw in a #2 with him to bring back that #6.

Good point. Guess it would depend on RB injuries. I bet we could have unloaded him on the Browns after Chubb went down.
