This shit is ridiculous! No way in hell should they have done that. They let go of a 24 year old RB who if they would put him on the field more and actually utilized him, he would have produced no doubt. Now I’m starting question this regime. Watch some team like the Patriots or Giants or Steelers picks up and he blossoms, ALL WORLD!

Wow, I could get dropping him to #4 for a few games but he must have p*ssed off somebody on the CS. I suppose we couldn't trade him because the deadline was past. Apparently they've also released Tanzel Smart a week after elevating him from the PS and signed a lineman Austin Deculus who was just released by the Texans. Or is this a maneuver whereby Smart goes back on the PS if nobody else picks him up?

Negative, he’s easily replaced because the Jets didn’t utilize him. So we never got to see his full potential. First they trade Elijah Moore, which seemed stupid but maybe he was problem child and the trade was justified, MAYBE! Still very frustrating but I’ll give them that.
They replace Moore with Mecole Hardman Jr but they never put him on the damn field. They bench him for old man Cobb who didn’t do shit on the field. They then trade Hardman Jr back to the Chiefs for a bag of nickels but Cobb is still on the team. Now this!!!
That’s three players 25 or younger, if you’re keeping track. Full of talent and potential and they get rid of them but keep Cobb and Lazard! You don’t know what you have if you never used it but the Jets will soon find out when Carter is lighting it up on a different team!
