Lmfao, Seleh is a Rookie Coach of a Jets team still in rebuilding mode! Like any first time coach he has made mistakes. Like allowing players to trash teammates, but he is learning about the Offense and this year Rogers opened his eyes. Seleh has a Rookie QB a pick was high risk reward like Bills QB and totally messed any chance of kid being good after 6 games in first year! Seleh is learning he can’t be buddies and Coach allowing Players to get away with this crap! Give Seleh at least 2 more years after Jets are rebuilt having a QB they draft this year and entire O Line from a draft and Free agency!
I don’t agree with this, sorry! The Jets have been a turnstile type organization when it comes to changing different regimes every few years for decades now. Sooner or later you gotta stick with one. Some of the best organizations have stuck with regimes that started out horribly or so-so but then it changed. It just took time. Teams like the Steelers or the Giants. I’d say give them the rest of this year and next year to make a difference. Then if it doesn’t change, then I can see this being the case!

Saleh is a fraud
Yeah the Steelers never were horrible as evidenced by Tomlin never having a losing record. Saleh has never had a winning record and won't this year either.
I’m talking about Bill Cowher. He was mediocre at best his first few years (if I remember correctly) but soon enough turned around. The Steelers have only have three HCs in 40 years or so.
But it isn't Saleh who went all-in on a 40 year old QB, failed to get a competitive backup to that QB, hired all that QB's ageing mates (including what now looks like a ridiculous contract for Lazard), failed to refurbish an injury-prone O line or get adequate backups....
Lets give them 50 years.....
Saleh has the rest of the season to audition for his job. If he cannot get it together than there is no reason to keep him here. What he's shown is that he is a DC and seems to be oblivious on the offensive side. He is slow to change and hasn't made the necessary adjustments. This is the second straight season that he appears to be losing the locker room, so it doesn't appear that even his players have faith in what he is selling.
He was a "cut " above the rest...he would not split hairs as the Jets GM.
