Lievito madre? No. I haven't made a sourdough starter in a while. I made a biga last night and let it ferment in the frigde over night. Then, regular dry yeast.

I got to say If we win the SB next year with salad & company I will be as happy as anyone...But I will always feel they failed us this year by not having a backup QB & a better OL....yes injuries you can't control...but this year was lost before it started
