It’s funny how not many Jet fans had an issue with this acquisition last offseason but do now . I remember people saying turn the plane around and go get Lamar while others would have flew planes if the Jets had signed traded for him.
I didn’t want Rodgers . I wanted Carr and Joe Brady the OC Opof the Bills.
I just wondered if anyone now in hindsight would have given up 2 first and all that money for Jackson .

I said it back then that no team would ever let a QB/player of Lamar's caliber leave. Okay, maybe an idiotic owner/management team like the one on the Jets. I never believed Baltimore would let him go. Not for one second.

Too right. There were hardnosed negotiations but Lamar would have had to be an idiot to leave a HC who had crafted an entire offense around him. And now they are SB favorites.
