Quinnen Williams and Sauce Gardner selected to the Pro Bowl

Besides Williams and Gardner, the Jets had six other players who finished strongly enough in the balloting to be named alternates at their positions.

Kicker Greg Zuerlein and punter Thomas Morstead were named first alternates.
MLB C.J. Mosley is a third alternate
RB Breece Hall, LB Quincy Williams and LB Jermaine Johnson are fifth alternates.

Didn’t JD do that when he signed Tomlinson coming off a pro bowl season. The man has tried but the players simply didn’t work out or have come up injured on a yearly basis.

I’m with you on this 1,000 percent! Sometimes the good players you acquire or think you acquire just don’t work out! No rhyme or reason for it, it just is what it is!

Not many 'good' FA linemen available. Apparently Becton is rated #4, which shows you where the bar is. We have to get our long-term guys from the draft.
