Well. They just played in a game where the winner was going to be whoever had the best luck in the awful conditions. Didn’t have anything to do with who was the bigger loser, which, of course, the jets are.
good news is, we secured the #3 pick for our most hated enemy while dropping ourselves out of the chance to draft a franchise LT. But , hey, we should all be extremely excited that we beat belichick once in the past 8 seasons. Wait until next year when we really show him who’s boss. Oh yeah, he won’t be here anymore.

This was a nice win, especially for Breece. I think this almost insures a trade down scenario in the draft. If we can trade down and still sit in the top 15. We can pick up JC Latham at RT and pray to hell we can get a LT in FA

I blame the coaching staff and front office for not breaking the legs of every starter. Honestly, fans might want the team to lose for the draft spot, but no player has ever thought that way. And in that atmosphere, with a chance to break the streak against them and send the most hated coach out with a loss, how anyone could have wanted the Jets to lose is beyond me.
Well maybe one day we can hire someone that can produce a winner. This group has failed at that.

What atmosphere was that? It seems that Patriot fans had been going round beforehand to anyone in Jet apparel wishing them luck. The home crowd seemed strangely unconcerned about losing to the worst franchise in football, no groans or booing. Sure you don't send the players out with instructions to fumble or miss field goals, but there are things you can do like not running Breece 35 times. The guy from Pittsburgh with the funny name was activated, wouldn't a few carries from him have been informative?
