I think IMHO opinion Garrett is a tremendous talent. A trapeze artist without the trapeze. Sad he dealt with 3rd class QBs this season. That is my point. Another season like this, and he'll be requesting to catch the first thing smoking, as the late Frankie Crocker would say.I think Hall and Garrett Wilson are both overrated. (Sauce, too.) Good players? Sure. But top shelf at their positions as the fawning have claimed. No way.
As an example, if Garrett were on the Dallas Cowboys would he be listed as a #1? Over Lamb and Cooks? IMO, no.Garrett is a #1 WR, Breece is a #1 RB. Does that make them top shelf at their position?? I don't know, but they don't have to be to have a successful offense. They just need to be able to do what they do best.
How many SB winners have the best RB or best WR on the roster? They key is having a successful unit, not only successful players.
It's hard to say until you see Garrett in the Cowboys' offense. If Lamb or Cooks were in the Jets offense with no real WR#2 and poor QBs behind flimsy offensive lines, how clever would they look? Difficult to evaluate Breece as well in a year where no Jets' RB could avoid being stoned at the line.....we all know what he can do when given a bit of space. As for Sauce I would be open to good trade offers (high first and third), as I said in the Revis era it is a moot point how big an asset one shutdown corner is unless the opposition have only one stud WR, and if you don't rotate the guy to follow their best receiver you can argue that their #2 receiver is cancelling your star CB.As an example, if Garrett were on the Dallas Cowboys would he be listed as a #1? Speaking of season "ends", just saw clips of Jake Browning's girlfriend's "performance" this past Sunday. Look, the chick is young and stunning. But is a nearly transparent white bodysuit the appropriate garb for an NFL game? In an era when everyone has a camera on their phone? lol
My question is what difference does it make? Maybe having Dak throwing to Him instead of the scrubs He's had might just make Him better or equal to those guys, right? As an example, if Garrett were on the Dallas Cowboys would he be listed as a #1? Over Lamb and Cooks? IMO, no.

I get it. And the answer is that we'll never know. We keep drafting QBs who can't throw. And when we finally sign a future HOFer, he goes down after four plays and we revert back to the same scrubs. My question is what difference does it make? That video gave me a headache.
I stepped on my tongue and it snapped my head down.
