Just not a passer! Lol, WOW!Lamar is just not a good passer.
Best comment of the century! Absolutely love this!!!Wow, why can't the Jets hire someone like Dan Campbell instead of Robert Saleh?
Of course, if the Jets hired Campbell and he talked about biting kneecaps during his first press conference, and then started 0-10 for the Jets, he NEVER would have gotten this far. Jets fans would have run him out of town long before this season.
I said he is not a good passer. Take away his legs and he is not winning only with his arm. He missed worse than Zach on so many easy passes. Either it's his arm or his mental makeup in the playoffs.Just not a passer! Lol, WOW!
He blew this game on his own. Yes he started horribly, but things turned rapidly. The Jets have not gotten better in 2 years and Rah Rah has crumbled after decent starts. Thats on him.Wow, why can't the Jets hire someone like Dan Campbell instead of Robert Saleh?

I posted that before the Lions began their collapse. But it remains true. Jets fans absolutely would never have given Dan Campbell the time the Lions gave him.He blew this game on his own. You are probably right. I think we have been fair on Rah Rah.I posted that before the Lions began their collapse. But it remains true. Jets fans absolutely would never have given Dan Campbell the time the Lions gave him.
The weird thing about critiques of Saleh is that I hear both that he's too much of a "Rah Rah" coach, like you mentioned, and that he doesn't emote at all on the field. Those two criticisms seem to contradict each other. I'm not saying you are saying both, but Jets fans in general critique him on both sides. You are probably right. I think we have been fair on Rah Rah.
I have always believed players coaches are front runners. When the shit hits the fan, they won't have the respect of the locker room to drop the hammer. Saleh is on the bandwagon when the Jets win which is rare, but he looks lost when things go wrong. The weird thing about critiques of Saleh is that I hear both that he's too much of a "Rah Rah" coach, like you mentioned, and that he doesn't emote at all on the field. Rex Ryan syndrome. He was the ultimate players' coach. First two years, golden.I have always believed players coaches are front runners. I agree. Rex got so close and the Jets screwed him with Jet like decisions. My problem with Saleh is he doesn't even win.Rex Ryan syndrome. He was the ultimate players' coach. First two years, golden.
The problem with someone like that is that the loosening of the reins feels good at first, and it gives the players the freedom to fly around. But in time, those coaches have no accountability. Rex's guys wanted to play for him on Sunday because he was nice to them. But they didn't prepare from Monday to Saturday because he was nice to them.
I think the problem was the loss of talent that wasn't replaced, Back to Back AFC championship games says they did prepare Mon to Sat.Rex Ryan syndrome. He was the ultimate players' coach. First two years, golden.

They did the first couple years, when they were winning. But Rex never held them accountable, and players got lazier the longer he was there.I think the problem was the loss of talent that wasn't replaced, Back to Back AFC championship games says they did prepare Mon to Sat.
As Dandy Don said....someone turned out the lightsLions are going to shock the world.
He is going to the SB.....where is Rodgers...in the dark room again? Where is wilson....In the old ladies home?49's are not worried they have Sam Darnold waiting in relief
Yes, what a mutt. Kick the field goal and restore the three score lead with half the third quarter gone. A minute later the ball bounces off Vildor's facemask and it is a one score lead. Then he gets the chance to kick a field goal to tie the scores, guarantee the Lions are still in the game up to the end, and end the bleeding by getting their first points of the half, and he blows it again. He blew this game on his own. Yes he started horribly, but things turned rapidly. The Jets have not gotten better in 2 years and Rah Rah has crumbled after decent starts. Thats on him.
