It’s always something with the team and they always make it so difficult. Being a Jets fan must be one of the hardest things in the world to do as a sports fan. This team has weapons all over the place and there is no reason for this team not to be 4-1 or at least 3-2 at the worst. But they just can’t get it done, no matter what!

Aaron Rodgers looks like a beaten down quarterback, and this is definitely not what the Jets paid for and expecting him to be. Lazard is starting to drop passes, Hackett is a garbage coordinator. The running game is falling by the wayside and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m starting to doubt Saleh also.

I really like our head coach, but this is the year for him to prove something and if he don’t, he’s got to go. As well as the future first ballot HOFer, Aaron Rodgers and his boy, Hackett. If the Jets don’t find a way to be at least a strong playoff team this year I’d say burn it down and start all over. Thoughts!

im not sure there are any good players on this team. When we call them good, what are we comparing them to? The other players on their same shitty team? That doesn’t make them good, just better than the worst. I do kinda like Quincy though

I really like the Jordan Travis option. Finish this shitty year with who we have and make wholesale changes next year. A-Rod, Hackett and even Saleh it appears. Lazard can follow them out the door also. Travis should be fully healthy next year and let’s see if he can beat out T. Taylor. If not, he sits and learns another year and maybe his 3rd year he can be the guy. They say that if he didn’t suffer that injury, he would have been a 2nd round pick at least. The new HC/regime may want to draft a QB but it may not be necessary.

Here’s another thing to note, being that the running game has gone to shit, A-Rod is forced to throw the ball over 40-times a game. Like he’s 25 or even 35 years old. This is a 40 year old man coming off a major injury last year. This is not helping Rodgers at all but either way, he is no where near the MVP caliber QB that Green Bay had!

20-36 is all you need to know about Saleh. 29-59 for Joe Douglas. Let that sink in. JD's best year was 7-9 and he didn't draft a single player. This doesn't make them bad people, but just not successful at their jobs. Saleh can run stairs with the best pf them. JD can eat donuts with the best of them. Thats where their positives end.

IMO and believe we all see it, the Jets didn’t trade for Aaron Rodgers to be the Green Bay packers MVP caliber QB. But that’s exactly what he has had to be to win these last two games and he can no longer do that anymore. He’s probably not even capable of being an above average QB anymore!

They traded for Aaron Rodgers to be an above average QB and he couldn’t even be that over the past two games. This may be my opinion and my opinion only but above average QBs shouldn’t be throwing the ball more that 40 times a game. However; the past two games he thrown the ball over 40 against Denver and 50 against Minnesota.

The rest of the offense has to step up and help him. The OLineman aren’t opening up the holes for the RBs and our 4-young RBs aren’t hitting the holes when they are available. We have 4 RBs under the age of 25, 23 and younger (if I’m correct) and they have been horrible below average this year. There’s just no getting around that!

The WRs aren’t where A-Rod expects them to be or they are just dropping passes, period! Now Rodgers isn’t helping with the mistakes he’s making but he needs help. I feel that average QBs shouldn't be throwing the ball no more than 25 times a game. 30 at the max. Above average QBs shouldn’t be throwing the ball more than 40 times a game.

If my thinking is correct, Rodgers went above that these past two games and they lost. He can’t run the ball anymore to truly avoid the pass rush or pick up first downs. So we can’t add in that factor right now. With this said, the other players have to step up and help Rodgers. The coaching staff needs to as well.

Rodgers clearly just isn’t what he used to be and he truly may not be capable of being an above average QB anymore. Only way to prove that wrong, is for the rest of the team to step up and help him and so far, they are not. After this year, it appears to me that there needs to be an overall haul. Starting with Rodgers, Saleh and Hackett.

We have to fix the running game. Last year defenses stacked the box and dared us to throw the ball, and we never tried to impose our will and run it anyway. You can't give the defense what they want, you have to force your will on them and make them adjust to you. Until we figure out how to do that consistently, we will continue to struggle.

I'm not buying this. Flacco hasn't been able to move in years and look what he's done the past two games. Too many excuses, they need to figure it out and get it done! Rodgers moved around plenty good this season, we don't need Lamar back there.

They won't figure it out. The OL changes and scheme changes are not working out. Rodgers missed a wide open Wilson that would have won the game. Every single QB in the league hits that pass. Rodgers can make open throws just standing there, but teams are blitzing every play. We all want this to work, but not a single thing they have done tells me it will.

Scheme really hasn't changed. Still running predominantly zone or outside zone blocking. We're rumors about switching to Gap but hasn't been the case .
