I've actually watched Taylor and I know that most of the EXPERTS, INSIDERS, Or WHATEVER you want to call them, have him ranked as the #3 TE but the guy can't block for shit. As you pointed out he is not the complete package. There are two close in line, in my unprofessional opinion, even though they also need some work on their blocking technique, are much better options. I probably would go with Arroyo, or Fannin if either is available at pick 42.
Maybe Ferguson would be a better pick in the 3rd, and save #2 for best WR, DT or S.
