We knew that was going to be the case heading into the Draft.

Well we did pick up Nnadi in free agency, at least a (literal) stop-gap solution.
The Browns seemed confident he'd still be there in the 5th. Almost as if there was some of the league-wide collusion that never happens.
Good draft for Errin', the Steelers didn't take several chances to draft a significant young QB. Though they have said they will have four QBs in camp and there will be a competition. We'll know Errin' has them by the throat when they offer next year's #1 pick for Lazard.

Just watched the video of the phone calls to all the draft picks. I don't know how Mougey can tell all those guys that he is excited to have them and there is a role ready for them, even if in some cases that role will be pretzel-seller. And if you are unfortunate enough to be one of the first three picked, you have to talk to Woody!
This is why we kept Lazard, so he can give Smith tips on catching the football.
