Jax Ulbrichs son of Falcons DC Jeff Ulbrich has admitted to making the prank call to Sanders during the draft. It is believed he is also responsible for the prank call Tyler Warren received while the Jets were on the clock with the 7th overall pick. He may also be responsible for a third call made to a prospect about 30 minutes after he was drafted informing the player he had been traded.
The league is currently investigating...

SMDH! Fucked up and truly stupid all around but on a more selfish note, does this have to be tied into something involving the Jets. We all know they are going to find away to tie this into our team and involve us in this embarrassing mess. The jokes, memes, lies are soon to come.

This was a stress free, embarrassment free and very well uplifting off-season for our Jets and it’s always something that has to happen to bring us down. Or at least try too! Tuff being a Jets fan. SMDH!

Think it will all fall on the Falcons. I'm enjoying the quiet off season and hopefully it stays quiet

The reason he got drafted in the 5th round was not as much about his personality as it was about the fact that the people who REALLY CAN EVALUATE TALENT, coaches, GMs, scouts, believed that he was not as skilled as the reporters, who built him up, projected him to be. I read where several teams that passed on him when asked why said as much. The general thought was that if he had tons of time to make the play he had good success but if he was under pressure he struggled a great deal. Of course we all know that there's no pressure on QBs in the NFL. It's true that both him and his father acted questionably during this period but it was his skill set that got him pushed down in the draft. In my opinion I think the Browns felt sorry for him or he would have slid even farther down.

The culture of college football has changed drastically in the past few years. Most players are driving flashy cars, Rolls, Bentley Porsche and Lamborghini fill the player lots now. There's a race mid playoffs to enter the transfer portal to find the best payout. It's common. Not like the past when it meant some improper payments were being made. .

Got to agree here. It was discovered that the kid, kid is not accurate since he's 21 years old according to the report, got the numbers off his dad's phone while it was laying on a desk in the Falcon's war room. Hard to put that on the Jets even for a die hard Jets hater.

You can tell by the look on the GM’s face when they drafted him that he wasn’t enthusiastic at all about it!

You could be right for sure about where it happened. That actually makes more sense because he would be somewhere that he could make the calls without being discovered.

Shadeur did not get drafted until the 5th round(and was probably off most draft boards)because - in a nutshell - teams did not want his enormous ego/selfishness in their locker room and also deal with all the probable attendant "SANDERS" melodrama
