No. Fields has played in a system very similar. He says the terminology is different but he has that pretty much mastered already. The defensive players that Rogers is familiar with rarely make mistakes and even they are doing things a little differently. I think Rogers will be a little apprehensive in his play against this defense.

I hope he looks just the did with his first game with the Jets. He looked like a rookie in his first game. I don't want him to get hurt. I just want him to look like he has the last two years. in 2023, he was terrified of the moment and then missed a wide open WR which got him hurt. In 2024, the 49ers shut him down. 2025, I hope the Jets defense hits him so many times he wishes he retired.

Excitement died on 4th play of 2023 season. Was not excited for Rodgers in 2024 and he proved me right. Wanted to move on from Rah Rah and Diabetic Douglas. Those people brought Rodgers in because they thought they built a great roster, but it wasn't even close to being a decent roster. Had to purge and Rodgers needed to be a part of that. We all know Rodgers was a better QB than Fields and still probably is, but he hadn't won more than 8 games since 2021. I can get that from Fields.

Absolutely not. 5-6 wins would have been our ceiling and we would be in the hole for $150 million next year. A losing season and cap hell doesn't excite me....
