Jets cut Martinez QB, Toafili RB, Kunz TE, Fornadel OT, Fletcher DE, Davis LB, and McCalister DB. No doubt some of these guys will be reappearing on the PS, for me Martinez was better than Cook but Cook was the guy picked up by this CS.

His chances were spoiled when we couldn't draft Penix to throw to him.
Skinner hasn't proven his worth throughout camp. He won't make the top 5 let alone WR 2.
One nice catch against the bottom of an opponents roster doesn't qualify him to even make the roster.
He is well behind Reynolds, Johnson, the Smith Brothers and even Lazzard. He doesn't play special teams so Gibson or Prichartt have more value than him. His best scenario is making me practice squad.
I was pretty sure Nnadi was not going to make the 53 as I mentioned before but was pleased to find out that instead of just cutting him they went out and got something for him.
Jets release Bernard-Converse CB. By my reckoning that leaves us short at the position. Meanwhile the Giants have released Danny DeVito and the Iggles have released Kyle McCord, who at one time was touted as a Jet draft target, so if we want an upgrade on Brady Cook it is available.
Is McCord an upgrade?
