I've been watching Glenn's defenses for a few seasons with Lions.
Glenn's defenses are highly susceptible too mobile QBs and QBs who can throw on the run.
Washington knocked them out of the playoffs because of Glenn's inability to adjust.
Glenn leaves. What happens? They beat the Ravens with a, you guessed it, a mobile QB.

He didn't destroy the defense. This is the same thing Brick coached last year. We just paid more for a overhyped CB.
