Would you be expecting to get good players from these trades? That’s never happened beforeAt 0-6 the season is over. Should we be offloading players for draft picks, particularly those who are out of contract at the end of the season. Several teams need help at running back and it has been suggested that Quincy Williams could have some takers.
The league is full of players who have blossomed once they've left the Jets. And I think other franchises know this. Not many players on this team that are worth trading for. Quinnen is paid too much for the lack of production. Sauce is the most overpaid Jet ever. Who else is even decent?
Who’s wants any of themAt 0-6 the season is over. Should we be offloading players for draft picks, particularly those who are out of contract at the end of the season. Several teams need help at running back and it has been suggested that Quincy Williams could have some takers.
Sorry I saw some posts with this same meaning before I answeredWho’s wants any of them

We need more draft capital. We need a QB, WR, G, and possibly LB, and we don't have a third round pick. Somebody like Breece Hall is an average RB on any other team, not comparable to Bijan Robinson or McCaffrey, and he will have to be re-signed next year. If a playoff contender offered a 3rd for Breece and a 5th, I would jump at it. Quincy Williams is getting older and slower, a trade would give him a shot at experiencing playoff football. One of the dafter suggestions is that we trade JJ or Mcdonald, how many years have we complained that we don't have pass rushers? You are assuming draft picks are a good thing. We might get a “blue chipper” but the development of players here is non existent.
I bet Breece doesn't play tomorrow because he is getting traded. Hopefully thats why Sausage is not playing.Yep. It's all about the contract at trade deadline time.
Breece to KC I heard this morning but I think that's lukewarm at best.
Last week Glenn left Breece in but restricted his touches because he was dinged. If the same applies this week we might as well go all in and leave Breece and Mason Taylor out in preparation for the Browns game when we return to 'full strength' (or what passes for full strength). This doesn't mean throwing the Bengals game, we need to look at the backups to see if we have anything there.I bet Breece doesn't play tomorrow because he is getting traded. Hopefully thats why Sausage is not playing.
My first point is, how does going from the playoff-eliminated (in all but name) Jets to the world champions make you a casualty?Michael Carter II.

The Eagles and Jets are addressing positions of need ahead of the Nov. 4 trade deadline.
Philadelphia is trading fourth-year receiver John Metchie IIIand a 2027 sixth-round selection to New York for nickelback Michael Carter II and a 2027 seventh-round pick, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported on Wednesday, per sources. The teams later confirmed the deal.
Carter, a reliable piece in the Jets' secondary for five seasons, has played in five games this year, returning last week against Cincinnati after three games missed due to a concussion.
To leave the 1-7 Jets for the reigning Super Bowl champions, Carter agreed to delete the $5 million guaranteed for injury in his 2026 contract year, Rapoport reported. The defensive back has two years remaining on a three-year extension he signed in 2024.
In Philly, Carter can fill in at defensive back for Adoree' Jackson, who suffered a concussion in Week 8 and was struggling in his first season with the Eagles. Carter's presence gives defensive coordinator Vic Fangio more flexibility in the secondary as the Eagles (6-2) head down the home stretch of the 2025 campaign.
