I guess besides just wanting to win and not tank, they truly still believe in Justin or want to anyway. They are still evaluating him and will give him at least the rest of the season to do so! After last weeks win, that probably put him back in their good graces!

So if Tyrod starts the rest of the Season the Jets will wind up at 7 or higher imo.
Not ideal for a Franchise QB.
Doubt Taylor makes much difference, also doubt he makes it out of the Ravens game healthy.

It's possible that they punt on QB until the 27 draft. They can put a better team around the new QB if they do. Use this years draft on Receivers, O line and Defense. Give the next one an actual chance to succeed. And still have a bunch of picks and cap space for 27.
