5th Year Team Option
Jet Fanatics
It's getting colder as autumn grudgingly gives way to winter. Fans attending games are breaking out their heavy coats. There are all sorts of warming devices for the players on the sidelines. This coming Sunday the New York Jets are in Baltimore playing the Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium. It's an open field, just like MetLife Stadium. It's my guess that both teams are looking forward to games in roofed fields, even if they have to put up with high noise levels.

The Jets are at 2 and 8 and the Ravens are even at 5 and 5. On paper, things don't look rosy for us. But the word as I write this is that Mr. Tyrod Taylor will be the starting QB. He's now wearing the 7th uniform of his career. At 36, Mr. Taylor probably knows as much about quarterbacking as anyone within many ZIP codes. He may be just what we need to breathe a new spirit into the team.

History, as is well known, doesn't repeat itself, but it can rhyme. This ancient fan would be thrilled if Mr. Taylor took a page from the Broadway Joe playbook and made use of the quick release short 'button hook' pass. We've got a couple of receivers who may be able to pull it off. A somewhat leaky offensive line won't matter as much, either. Look out, Ravens. Here we come!

No nice write-up but a win or lose will change nothing. At least with Az I am looking forward to Nolan. Watching that game last night depressed me. We are so far away.

I think Im going to buy a bunch of the Legal Weed and just laugh at the rest of the Season.
No more trying to figure out what they are doing or their direction because sadly there is none.
They are just the dog-ass Jets.
Deal with it.
