If Namath had signed with the Cardinals instead of the jets. It almost happened.

1 the jets would have really stunk for all the years. Who would have been the QB for us in the 60s & 70s. Who would we have drafted in 1965 or six

2 Namath would have done no better than hart on the cards. He would have had a great even better ol but not the blocking backs the jets had. . but the d was far weaker.ecceot for the secondary.

I am glad it turned out like it did.
