How come jets & cards are not scheduled for these late season night games
I never wanted Sam to leave, but the Jets broke him. I wanted Mike McCarthy to coach him up instead we got Rah Rah. We could have had a huge haul instead of Zach Wilson. Sam got screwed by being drafted by the Jets. Luckily for him he got to play for Shanahan and KOC. I'm not delusional enough to think he is a top 5 QB, but he clearly has made gigantic strides and resurrected his career. He looked like Jets Sam Darnold for 3 quarters. He needed a big play and some luck, but he didn't fold when it mattered maybe for the first time in his career. I've never wanted a former Jet to succeed more than I do with Sam Darnold. I don't think he will win a SB this year because I still think the Rams are better, but Darnold is the only reason I will watch games the rest of the season.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a 2point conversion the way they got that 1st one

I think what Darnold did on the 2 point conversion after the punt return was huge for his confidence. Then the second 2 point conversion was luck and never seen before. Then in OT, he responded in a way I'm not sure he has ever done before. I don't think this means he is a future HOF'er, but I do think it could help him in the future because he will have another bad half of football and he no knows he can turn it around. I'm happy for Darnold and will continue rooting for him.
