I don't have a fantasy of Reich being the HC.
It's just the way it would go if Glenn was fired in Season.
Woody hired Reich to help Glenn. Or save his job as has been reported.
Reich assembled the Offensive coaching staff as any incoming OC would.
Im sure he went to Glenn and said "Yeah I'm gonna hire this guy okay?"
Glenn: "Whatever you say Frank."
About the way the way the conversation would go.
Especially if you're hired to save the guys job.
As I said previously.
If the Offense improves and the Defense tanks, especially if they go Defense in the 1st rd Glenn will be toast. Guaranteed.
The guy was lucky not to be canned already.

It was alleged that Woody told Glenn to call the Defense, same as false "report that the Jets offered Gruden the OC position. Glenn brought in Reich. They have been friends since their days as Jet teammates.
It's laughable to say Woody hired Reich to save Glenns job.....
If Reich falls, it's on Glenn. That I'm sure you will agree with. Same holds true if the team succeeds.

Cmon Tony you're acting like I said He was the future at the position.
I said He was worth a flier in the 4th or 5th rd.
Not exactly the draft position for a can't miss starter.
Yes he is not perfect but He fits the bill as a Reich type QB and is a Project.
I don't share your belief that Reich will be one and done.
If they have success on Offense and the defense still looks pitiful Reich will be the HC in the interm if a change is made.
If they are successful with Reich as HC I don't think He will hang them up. He may but its not written in stone.
If by some miracle this Team improves next Season it won't be because of Glenn.
Furthermore Sawyer's main problem is He has too much Arm and thinks He can gun it in there and make the play. Kinda like Favre used to do.
A lot of his issues are highly coachable.
The Rams love him. His footwork needs work, he does have good pocket awareness based on his film. A raw talent that needs to learn his craft from an experinced offensive mind.

I disagree with you about Glenn completely.

Hell he was even a bad DC.
If he didn't have ties to the Jets as a beloved player he probably wouldn't have even gotten the job.

You realize that your disagreement was in response to my reply about Sawyer Robertson. You came back with your tirade about Frank Reich and Aron Glenn. Neither were part of the discussion. Again laughable.
