Isn't Zappe a 'veteran QB'? Tyrod is a veteran QB though it looks like he is on the way out. Even Cook is technically a veteran QB.

Think the plan is to replace the 3 of them. Adding a veteran (with potential upside) and a rookie.
Tyrod s a waste of a roster spot and cap space. He can not stay healthy, even in a back up roll . Zappe is a third string at best, practice squad more likely. Cooke does not belong on an NFL roster. There's no guaranteed money due them. Don't expect any of the 3 to be on the final roster.
