Promised Land= #1 overall pick in 2027 draft.Today's NY Post has an interesting little tidbit. Seems Aaron thinks Geno is going to take us to the Promised Land.
I'd settle for the End Zone
I agree they are going to lead the Jets there.

No, he'll probably get to 6 wins which will kill any decent draft pick.Promised Land= #1 overall pick in 2027 draft.

He sounds like some dude down on Hamilton st Paterson pushin some crack .Has Glenn been doing Hallucinatory drugs
Now I see the culture changeThe Jets have officially gone ghetto

I agree'm afraid Glenn is in a win now mode and will draft players that will keep his job safe for a year or two. Instead of players who will turn the Jets into a long term success team
Those are exactly the players the franchise should be drafting. Playes who are ready to help you win now. With 5 picks in the first 103, especially the first 4 in the top 44. That was the downfall of Joe Douglas. Drafting future potential . Most picks never reached that potential. That's what day 3 is for.'m afraid Glenn is in a win now mode and will draft players that will keep his job safe for a year or two. Instead of players who will turn the Jets into a long term success team
Funny ;'m afraid Glenn is in a win now mode
I am so tired of his name. Where is the stage guy with the hook to get him off the stage.Funny ;
Thats the last thing I see or am afraid of Glenn or this team doing
The way I see it ........he has sort of taken himself off the stage. It appears to me that he has realized his short comings and is trying to rectify his mistakes by bending with the wind, so to speak, and working with Mouge to bring in these experienced older, not old, but older, players every one is complaining about. The young players on this team didn't play with fierceness and determination like winning teams do. Bringing in the older players was, in my opinion a smart and calculated move. These guys are place holders for young talent already here and yet to come but they are more, hopefully, because that is the intent. Yes they are short term contracts mostly but that's because they are here to teach these younger players how to get up to winning speed and how to stay up to that speed even when the going gets tough. They are here to create attitude as well as to refine player skills. They are teachers and coaches as well as players. I'm convinced that is the intent. I think it's a good plan and Mouge is deserving of credit for choosing those teachers wisely and at relatively low cost.I am so tired of his name. I know bigmoe it's too long for you. Cheat book version - The older players are part of a good plan, that if it works, will put a smile on your face. The coon cat says you should suck it up and be optimistic for 4 or 5 games before you throw your tickets in the circular file and go into hiding this season.The way I see it ........he has sort of taken himself off the stage. This is a good building plan and does work. Parcells did it. Belichick did it. Can Glenn do it? I hope so, but there has to be winning involved for it to work.The way I see it ........he has sort of taken himself off the stage. Problem is when we get older players they come here to retireThe way I see it ........he has sort of taken himself off the stage. So how many wins does he need to get a third year? I'm thinking seven without an end of season slump. In other words, trending up.This is a good building plan and does work. Parcells did it. Belichick did it. Can Glenn do it? I hope so, but there has to be winning involved for it to work.
Knowing woody oneSo how many wins does he need to get a third year? I'm thinking seven without an end of season slump. In other words, trending up.
They are not going to retire on what Mouge is paying them.Problem is when we get older players they come here to retire
So far for me, he is a zero. I saw nothing last year that was encouraging. I hope this season makes me forget last season.So how many wins does he need to get a third year? I'm thinking seven without an end of season slump. In other words, trending up.
Hey play a game stub your toe & enjoy the New York life style for a yearThey are not going to retire on what Mouge is paying them.![]()
That's because we always went after the highest priced FAs who did nothing to earn those large paydays. Big splash signings who amounted to nothing. Has been or never were....Problem is when we get older players they come here to retire
