I can't help feeling that no matter how many draft picks we get it won't be in time to prevent the current players from becoming inured to the losing culture. Anyone decent will be trying to work their ticket to a trade.
It all comes down to finding the head coach for next year, so he can change that mentality while making adequate decisions on the sideline.

Geno is a capable QB. He had a passable game today and provides far better QB play than we had last year. The game today was lost by the defense and the guy coaching them. The offense struggle because the Jets for whatever reason failed to address the problem of the interior offensive line during the offseason. They have a subpar center and a center as a subpar right guard. The guy they brought in to upgrade the left guard position is injured, but even without that injury they were thin at IOL.

It is what it is. Yes, I wanted to ride with AG. He is a former Jet that was and excellent player for us and he wanted to come back here and be our head coach of this shitty ass organization. Not many would!!!
Plus he was a pretty damn good DC for the Lions. So of course I was going to ride with him and give him the benefit of the doubt. But this all is too much to deal with now. It’s gone far and he’s gotta go!
