So you are saying they are guilty without any proof?
Let's be honest - there is a fair amount of circumstantial evidence - balls are underinflated to a degree beyond what's legal, balls were in the hands of a pats employee, and whaddaya know, the guy takes the balls into a room, out of sight of cameras, on his way to the field... And... it's not the first time their balls were underinflated.
So while there might not be enough to convict in court, it's more likely than not that the Pats tried to gain advantage by deflating the balls. And they certainly tried to gain advantage by PLAYING WITH deflated balls, no matter how they came to be that way. Again, it wad not the first time.
I don't openly bash the Pats, just don't have the time or energy, but these things have added up over the years. They've been a great team, but they've made it such that there will always be a "what if they didn't..." attached to their wins.
