So is it A rib or MANY ribs? Because obviously with the number of ribs broken the recovery becomes more arduous and involved, much more serious.

Don't know, but the moment I heard the hospital was keeping him overnight, I feared he had a punctured lung.

Rib injuries are common in boxing, for obvious reasons, deep bruises occur in sparring with regularity and broken ribs are as common as a broken nose or a busted lip, so I had some experience with this in my amateur boxing days and the hospital usually sends you home unless the X-Rays suggest a punctured lung, then they keep you for a cat scan and further testing and to make sure its not life threatening.

Next man up. He is a rookie and most probably needs time to develop anyway. Many fans don't have the patience for that, but it's a fact of the NFL

It's 4-6 week injury according to Todd Bowles.

Reports from camp all say that the ball was underthrown and that Devin had to stop and fight the DB for the ball, despite the fact that he had two steps on the DB.

Hit the receiver in stride and none of this happens.

So, our incredible doosh bag QB has already cost the team...and it's not even the first preseason game yet.

The sooner Geno is gone, the better. Get this loser out of here.
