I thought they were 9 mill over the cap to start, and have cut 30 mill, leaving then 20 mill under the cap.

we were over the projected cap by $ 7.8 M mainly because of dead money owed to Fitzpatrick {$ 5 M}

so in turn the suggested cuts of those five of total: $29. 6 M minus the $7.8 M still keeps us above $ 21 M to date...
