Jets re-sign LB Corey Lemonier

The Jets have re-signed LB Corey Lemonier, the team announced Thursday night.

The 25-year-old was claimed off waivers from the Lions on Dec. 26 and appeared in New York's Week 17 game against the Bills.

Lemonier has appeared in 51 career games since he was selected by the 49ers in the third round of the 2013 NFL draft.

It was a very small sample size, but he jumped out a little in that last Buffalo game. He was active, and has shown some ability to get to the QB in limited action.

At the very least, a special teamer/depth player.
