That i can place any wager it will not happen.
I know that we generally root for "the laundry," but I have never disliked a player on any team for whom I root as much as I dislike Gino Smith. This has little to do with his poor play. After all, I've seen plenty of that since 1965. He just seems to be such a total ass. It turns out that the write-up about him by the guy from Pro Football Weekly (Nolan something?) was an understatement, if anything. Good riddance.
What bothers me most is how some in the NY media are lauding the move. Are you kidding me? Bash him as a Jet, then applaud the Giants for signing him?
