Do you really think that this Kacy Rodgers kid can out coach Lebeau??? What makes you believe this Kacy kid could out coach Lebeau on defense? Tell me? Here's a start: (1) He's younger; (2) he's friends with the Head Coach: (3) He "commands respect"; go ahead, list all the intangibles ...

I don't care if he's 100. Lebeau would out coach Rodgers on defense in the late stages of Altzheimers.

And the Coughlin old age crack, you can't be serious. Coughlin has rings. He beat Belichick flat out -- twice.

I don't think you can fairly evaluate them yet lebeau has been a dc before I think kacy has only been a dline coach.

That is like saying the vice-president is just as good as the president because they both have president in their title when in fact the vice-president may be better or he could be worse but until they have the perform the same job it's apples and oranges.

Your President - Vice President statement is not analogous. Please go read up on Lebeau, then come back and delete your posts. The point is that Lebeau has been probably one of the top 3 Defensive Coordinators in NFL history. To be overcome that on merit, Lacy Rodgers would have to be an astoundingly good Defensive Line Coach. I doubt that he's in Lebeau's league. If you think he's likely to be better than Lebeau, simply list your reasons?

That's not too much to ask? Lebeau is a legendary defensive coordinator. If someone thinks Lacy Rodgers will be better than that, I think it's fair to simply ask "why?"

And I have to simply say we don't know because it hasn't been played out on one side yet. Sure lebeau has his resume now but how did it look when he first became a dc and the top defensive minds were bud grand and chuck knoll.

I am not saying rodgers will ever be that good but then again back in the early 80's they might have been saying that about lebeau.
