I must disgree with you on this one. His ass is what Rodgers violated when he signed. His elbow is what he used on jd & salad to get them out the doorThis is why this team is doomed. Woody doesn't know his ass from his elbow when it comes to football, but he still feels he knows best

Hire Rodgers to do bothFrom the horror stories that I am reading about Woody's interference, no one of any character or quality will take either the HC or GM roles.
I just scheduled her for a personal workout.
I agree with you except on the high quality players. I’ve watched enough of this crap and the more I watch, the more I wonder who’s supposed to be the good player? They all look like jets to me.In my worthless opinion what caused most of this teams problems was ownership interfering a LOT MORE than people realized in the staffing and management of this team. Woody Johnson should not be the owner of ANY sports team. When you hire a crew to run your business you are supposed to stay the hell of of their way and let them do their job. Woody has no self control and just can't do that. The NFL has forced owners to sell teams in the past and that's exactly what needs to happen here. Everyone , but , Everyone, knows that the Johnson's are a detriment to the success of this team and they will be hard pressed to find a new GM, HC, OC, DC, willing to come here and swim upstream against the constant meddling from them and try to resurrect this team even though it does have some high quality players to start with. Just my opinion.

and one further on this. I hope no one agrees to even interview for HC or GM . If any candidates are considering the job, I hope they give JD a call before interviewing, because if Woody did what I think he may have to JD, he should be able to scare anyone away
has anyone heard or seen JD since the firing?
"It's the most wonderful time........for a beer."
Defense needs DEs or OLBs so no real difference. O line needs at least 2 players and a QB. Skill positions are ok and one more FA WR could really strengthen The WR corpsIf we hire a Coach (Rex Ryan). Will he stay with the 4-3 or switch to the 3-4. Defense will be on rebuild. The Draft and FA will be mainly to fix the Defense. Our Offense will have to wait.
I don’t understand, U talk as if there’s actually a way to make this team real. Never going to happenDefense needs DEs or OLBs so no real difference. O line needs at least 2 players and a QB. Skill positions are ok and one more FA WR could really strengthen The WR corps
I agree with Tony . This can be turned with the right people soonI don’t understand, U talk as if there’s actually a way to make this team real. Never going to happen
Such as a person to carry out a hit on Woody. Perhaps an exploding tin of baby powder.I agree with Tony . This can be turned with the right people soon

I agree but that QB is VERY CRITICAL to this plan working. We have one, thought to be very good healing in the wings, but we don't have a clue what he really brings to the table. We also still have Tyrod but I don't know for how long. They have to get this position right this time. No excuses or pipe dreams.Defense needs DEs or OLBs so no real difference. I think Tyrod can play next year, he is still under contract. Travis could really use a year on the bench. He hasn't been able to work out at all this season. Let him get a full season of OTAs, practice, running the practice squad. He has potential. Better to groom him .I agree but that QB is VERY CRITICAL to this plan working. I can go with this! The Jets probably won’t be in a position to draft one of the top 2-3 QBs this draft anyway. I’m sure they’ll win 2-3 meaningless games, so start Tyrod all next year and let Travis learn under him. That just might work.I think Tyrod can play next year, he is still under contract.
