Fix Jets?

I haven't a clue how anyone would go about fixing this team. It absolutely boggles my mind how a team with as many talented players as this team has, and it has quite a few, can play so POORLY. Rogers has not played well but it's not fair to throw the blame on him. The whole team is failing to perform. I honestly think they will be hard pressed to find a good coach willing to come here and try to make sense of this roster.

Rodgers has played poorly but worse is his lack of leadership. His sideline demeanor, lack of accountability and his side show away from the team are all an issue. He deserves a large share of the blame. Both lines suck, the team is built on a weak foundation. Front 4 can't get pressure so we're forced to blitz leaving gaps at the second level leading to big plays. O line has been dealing with predictable injuries that we all called at signing.
I believe Rodgers is finished. Father time is not kind. Until Rodgers decides if he is coming back, no coach will want to take the job. Sad thing is there really are not many good QBs in the upcoming draft. The 1 true first rounder is not going to come here. That's already been made clear by Dion Sanders.
The future is not looking good right now. A lot of players who won't be back, shouldn't be back and with large dead cap hits.

Tippman could be the greatest center of all time or he could be the worst.
The jets could make a team of all the best players in the league

Rumors were that the Colts wanted to give up on Richardson, at least before this game.
Pick this guy up if they do. He would be one of the better guys on the Jets right now.

If you want to fix this team (as fans)….. QUIT BUYING TICKETS AND SWAG. Watch the games on YOUTUBE. If Jet attendance and merchandising is in the shitter, the NFL can and will force Woody the toolbag to sell the team. No individual team is bigger the the League, and the League wont stand for one of its major city members being in the crapper attendance and merchandising wise. You guys see the figures….. 15 to 20 million viewers for prime time games with quality teams. Well that ain’t us in the near future, and couple that with empty stadiums for home games and you can bet the League wont stand for that very long

The one thing that is clear to me.....Is why the H___ would Rodgers want to come back to this next year?????? Anyone in their right mind would not come back to this. Until this last post I thought it best to have him comeback.......but what we don't know is what is going on under the sheets. But from what we can see it can't be good. In a perfect world if he could guide a top pick with a great coach it would be best.
