2015 Mock Draft Contest - Who is the King of All Draftniks?

I am really debating what to do about ray I have him being picked at the end of the first but if he needs surgery he will prob fall into 2nd or late 2nd?

I almost forgot to drop gregory also switched him and traes waynes

Lol, I've changed mine 3-4 times already and burned out just about with all this draft stuff. Being that Jalen Collins and Randy Gregory came up hot with multiple drug pops, Ray's, Shelton and I believe a o-linemen came up with a injury issues also. Think his name is T.J. Clemmings or Collins. Hopefully I'm done with it now.

Don't think were stacked enough with 300 pound D-ends with Wilk, Harr and Rich? Lets not forget about a 280 plus Coples that should really be playing DE but played LB for the past two years pretty much. Plus you got Beasley, Gregory and Dupree still available there for us to draft.

I do but if Williams is there you build that superstrength and go 4-3...he is just too good compared to the OLBs IMO plus I really dont think the picks and teams are going to be the same, like Titans picking MM I think they trade out not sure with who but not their pick...doubt Jets pick 6th too but too lazy to figure out who with trades

My dream draft and mock draft for this thread is for us to get Fowler Jr. at #6 but that is a pipe dream and I know it. Anyway, it appears we keep hearing one thing or the other on these pass rushing LB/DE except for Fowler Jr. It is Beasley and the weight gain and can he keep it and play at that weight? It is Gregory and his out the field drug issues, focus for the game and weight issues. It is Ray and his health and medical issues. It is Dupree and whether he is worthy of a top ten pick, plus can he play LB at 270 lbs. With all this said, Fowler Jr. appears to be the only one rock solid and ready to go from draft day. So, I'm good with Fowler Jr., Cooper or White, the best and a beast o-linemen or Mariota or Winston of course. Anyone else and I will have real pause about our #6 pick.

I think Williams is too good pass up if he is there...we already have Dupree 1.0 in Coples...nobody moves me that high except Cooper Winston Fowler Jr

Balsy putting Scherff in the top 5.

You think we'd take Fowler rd 1 and Thompson rd 2...2 defensive picks back to back after 5 years of defensive 1st rd picks? One thing I will say, with those 2 guys, we'd have a young stacked defense for the next 5 years or so. Lot of youth and spee don our defense, especially adding Thompson. Some people think he's a good fit for what Bowles does playing in Nickel and Dime all day...but I keep thinking Pryor and Thompson would be used similar. We shall see! Nice post.

I think that if Thompson falls to the Jets Bowles would be all over him. He loves defensive guys that can play all over the field and that is exactly what Thompson can do. Safety, MLB, OLB, etc. Having him for 3rd downs would be huge especially with all the run stoppers we have at MLB.

I would also throw White and Beasley in the list. You are right that Williams is to good to pass up on but we don't need him IMO. I would use a kings ransom to trade out of #6 if Williams was there and the Jets weren't going to draft White or Beasley or Mariota if they were there. Teams would be lined up around the block to get Williams. We could get a First for this and next year. Maybe a second also.

I hear you. I changed mines 4-5 times I believe and I'm not doing it again. We all know our mocks won't even be close so why bother anymore. The recruits have messed it all up with their off the field nonsense or medical issues so its just to confusing now.

I really like the 2nd/3rd tier WR's and that's why I am in favor of going in a different direction in rounds 1 and 2. I've been redundant here but I truly believe that Greene, Lockett, and Diggs will hang around the league for a long time. I also see at least one becoming a pro-bowler.

I think these guys are quicker than Kerley and will add something in the return game. Maybe not Diggs but definitely the other two.

Diggs plays faster than he's timed. Im in maryland, so Ive seen him a few times. I thought he'd run oin the low 4.4s the way he blew by defenders like Torey Smith. I was shocked he was nowhere near as fast as Smith.
