Offense
RT - Brandon Shell. Turns out to be one of Mac's better mid-round picks and settles in as a solid starter on the O-Line
RG - Brian Winters. Not exactly an all-star but another solid starter.
C - 2018 middle round draft pick (R). Wesley Johnson is the weak link in this group and teams exploit him all season.
LG - James Carpenter. Turns out he's the most underpaid contributor (except rookies) on this year's team.
LT - Trey Adams (R). A disaster spot all season.
WR - Quincy Enunwa. Continues to improve but is not a #1.
WR - Alshon Jeffrey (FA). The need for a #1 receiver becomes abundantly clear and with $90mm to spend Alshon becomes Mac's biggest offensive priority.
TE - Austin Sefarian-Jenkins. One of Mac's best pick-ups.
RB - Bilal Powell. Finally used the right way but he will need to be replaced soon.
RB - Eddie Lacey (FA). Another free agent pickup to help this offense.
QB - Josh Allen (R). No explanation necessary. The defense wins one more game to prevent Mac from drafting Sam Darnold.
Defense
DE - Muhammed Wilkerson. Bounces back from injury and has a near all-pro season.
NT - Deon Simon. He's no Snacks but a very solid starter and run stuffer.
DE - Leonard Williams. Best player on the team. Period.
ILB - Darren Lee. Not an all-star but no longer a liability.
ILB - Zach Brown (FA). Demario Davis is no more than an reliable backup.
OLB - Jordan Jenkins. Solid starter.
OLB - Lorenzo Mauldin. This area will need to be addressed early in the 2019 draft.
CB - Justin Burris. Proves Mac is a solid talent evaluator especially in the middle to late rounds.
CB - Trumaine Johnson (FA). Mac's biggest splash in free agency. Claiborne shows how much better this defense can be with a shut down corner, when he's on the field.
S - Jamal Adams. Pushing Williams hard for title of best Jets player.
S - Marcus Maye. Takes his lumps as a rookie but becomes a leader on defense.
