here are the team strength of schedules done 2 ways. one is based on last years records and the other is based on projected records for this year. guess who has the easiest path to another superbowl?
and so as not to just pick on there cheetahs, the Rams also have one of the easiest. so do our Jets, but what makes no sense to me is how ours is the same as the cheatahs since they should be playing 2 better teams then us based on their 1st place finish and our last place finish, yet our opponents records are the same as their opponents records. Another thing that makes their schedule easier than ours is that they get to play us twice while we have to play them twice. sad but true
I have watched these rankings before and somehow cheatahs are always near the bottom so that's nothing new, but how do the 2 superbowl teams each have the second weakest SOS? especially since the Rams should be playing a much harder NFC schedule where most of the good teams are
of note for me, is that while our schedule may be easy as a whole, the beginning 6 or 7 games suck. if those teams were scattered differently throughout our schedule, I would feel a lot better about this season. we don't even have time to get over losing to the cheatahs before we have to lose to them again
Listed below are the 2019 NFL Strength of Schedule rankings using the winning percentage method. Below that, we’ll take a look at a second method based on Las Vegas betting odds.
