And, they might keep King Polarizing Kaepernick.

Agreed. No continuity, no chance.
Now, that said, the best thing I can say about Chip Kelly as an NFL HC is he is a very good college HC.
Chip K. has never had what he needed to play his style. Chip must have a top 15 QB to play his style & not 1 GM has got him a QB to do this. GM's makes or breaks HC's. Good GM's get the right Players that plays & fits their HC Style. Point is Tanny & Rex, Tanny got Rex the CB's & Defensive Players he needed & got Rex a Great physical pounding RB to beat up teams Defenses keeping it low scoring with ball control & Defense.. this put Rex in back to back AFC Championship games. A nd once Tanny took away Players ,Rex started his down hill fall as Jets HC.
Seahawks HC took Rex Ryans idea & made it work for him. Why? Because the GM got Pete in VIA Draft and Free agency the Defense needed with the Beast at RB. Only time to fire a HC, is when the GM gets the HC players needed & the team fails because he is too slack & not respected by Players...AKA BOWLES. Mikey to be fair to Bowles, didnt get him everthing needed at CB & Safety. But Offense Mikey got 3 good WR's but failed to get the big bruising powerful RB/Fullback to help Jets awful QB's. Rex Ryan with a GM getting his players would take JETS to Play offs every year. GM Tanny proved that with Rex as rookie HC & back to back Championships/.
