apologies for mistakenly assuming your advocacy for tebow was based on his religion.
i respect what tebow achieved in college. he will go down in history as one of the greatest collegiate players of all time.
however, i'm interested in finding an nfl quarterback who can run an nfl offense. and while geno very well may not be the answer, and i had no problem moving on from sanchez, i have even less interest in seeing tebow attempt to play QB for the professional team i root for. and given no nfl coach has an interest in even adding him to their roster now going on 2 years, my guess is that the guys who get paid to evaluate talent and win football games don't think he can play QB in the league either. hard work and determination count for something, but you need some basic skills to succeed in the nfl, especially at the most important position on the field. you need to be able to actually throw a ball accurately and read defenses, two things tebow severely lacks in ability. in the 13 games tebow has started in the nfl (inlcuding playoffs), only 3 times has he completed over half his passes. for his career, he has a 48% completion rate (40% in the playoffs).
sorry, but that is not an nfl QB
