He's right. Penalties are the fault of the Coach (no discipline) but the GM, too - not checking out the character and intelligence of the players they acquire.

Ok. I listened to the whole 20 minutes. I love Joe. He always does say what I say. Thing is, he still gets mad. I choose to laugh. It’s really impossible not to laugh when you watch the 52 stooges
