have you seen their competition record? look at their strength of schedule and the teams they played, before you make a blunder of a post.

Raiders are the only team with a losing record as of this weekend 3-4
49ers 6-1
Chiefs 5-1
Vikings 6-0
Bengals 4-2

So before you make stoopid comments maybe look at how well they played against these teams only to end up losing to all of them, they came in as underdogs but I knew this was a trap game because we didn't take them seriously enough and got punched in the mouth. every game is winnable but at the same token every game is losable.
G. If you’re right and the Dolphins don’t suck, then the jets are in even bigger trouble than I thought because that means that all 3 division rivals are far ahead of them and the Dolphins are better even though they have been built this year to get the number 1 pick

#1 dimwit here. I’d be with you G if we didn’t just get our asshandedto us by a team that was built to lose. Plus, I see no improvement. Yes, we have almost won a bunch of games, but that will end soon when the team tires of losing. GW looked like his dog died at his presser yesterday. Players that have alw won can only stand being the biggest loser for so long.

we were picked to win 4 por 5 last year. Same this year, and will be the same next year. thats not improvement and we do have a much better roster than usual.

3 hours of driving to and from work today listening to the fan and everyone reiterating what I just said. And everyone including me want to be wrong

I am going to say this again for all you dimwits on here:

Year one was assessing our roster, seeing which players will convert to the type of team AG wanted to run, he inherited a mixed bag of players. After the season they traded and not resigned some players that do not incorporate the type of players that would fit this new scheme.

Year two bringing in a mixed bag of veterans and draft accordingly to input his scheme which we switched from a 4-3 to 3-4 defense. trading away Sauce Gardner who is currently struggling in Indy. Q Williams who also is struggling in Dallas. let players walk who are playing with other teams some succeeding some failing.

Year three after having one full season with all the draft picks we selected in AG's year two which technically is his first full season running the team as he wants it to be, opens the door to continue to remodel of the roster. With a full fledged of RBs WRs and TEs and a stable OL, the only thing we are missing is a young signal caller to take the helm. Our defense is not perfect but has a stable of youth that will introduce some more youth in this upcoming draft to mix in with the baseline we currently have. Expect more competitive play but they will have a better grasp on how to finish.

To dump a coach after year two is pathetic that is what we do, we don't give them time to reset the roster to what they need it to be. Our team has been competitive down to the wire, either penalties or lack of execution costs us games. Omar Cooper Jr. is the real deal. Adonai Mitchell showing he can be a top tier receiver along with Garrett Wilson, if or when Breece Hall comes back paired with Braelon Allen when could we have ever said in the last twenty years we have had 3 WRs, 2 RBs, 3 TEs and a stable OL? I will wait...

As a quantifiable dimwit before my dain bramage but certainly post dain bramage, I show deference to our esteemed insider and host.
Having said that, If
I were the GM, I'd put an offer letter together for Tomlin. If he hinted he'd suit up for us, I'd can Glenn.
MT,using initials because it's appropriate for a HC w/o a losing season, had the steelers in SB after year 2. The curtain and 26 Jets have a massive gap in talent in fairness to Glenn, But i trust MT with the future of that young, certainly high draft cap signal caller you spoke of to get us into a perennial winner over Glenn.

Sincerely,

Dain Bramaged Dimwit:eyebrows:

PS, he'd also attract the ring chasers SB teams have on the roster when the you know what hits the fan.

Look let's look at this.....maybe he should get a third year. In fact just to make sure we are not wrong how about making it an even four years?

By then we should have drafted about ten number ones., a1000 yellow flags , two ints, targeted Wilson ten times & 5000 excuses.

Dimwitted Jet Fans aside Glenn is still not a HC.
Look at what NE did with Vrable. They fired their 1yr HC after a crappy Season when Vrable became available.
If the Jets weren't a dumpster fire as a Franchise there wouldn't be an issue with Glenn being let go.
Especially with McDermott wanting back in the League.
Im tired of watching high value go elsewhere.
Now if McDermott doesn't want the Job fine.
AG still is not the answer.

Apparently every NFL team compiles a blooper reel of other teams' mistakes, which they show their players as an example of what not to do. Coaches around the league say that the Jets feature prominently in their reels.

I also feel that our buddy @gmf1369 is giving Glenn too much credit for the trades planned and executed by Moggie. I am also surprised to hear we have a 'stable' offensive line when they can't block for one yard.

In any case Glenn likely has until the end of the season to surprise us by showing competence as an HC, perhaps even winning a game in the division, and getting at least five wins.

McDermott would have this roster light years ahead of Glenn. The roster is competitive. We lose the game on situational plays.

I also wanted AG to succeed and I hate that his coaching has made me hate him as a coach. Here is AG's resume with the Jets so far:

5-19
Outscored 107-6 in final two minutes (this is an unbelievable stat)
Went 20 games without an INT with his defense (currently started a new 3 game streak)
No wins in the AFC East
Lost a game to the Bears where a player said it was the easiest game he has ever player
His time management is atrocious

The only good win on his resume was vs Coach Rah Rah so the fans can avoid the embarrassment of losing to their former coach which is usually what happens to the Jets.
It’s astronomical sad and pathetic! It can’t be ignored anymore and something needs to be done about it. He has to go. He’s done too much to the negative to keep his job past the end of this year.

Only if he won every last game for rest of this season, took the Jets to the second round of the playoffs, AT THE LEAST. Would I say he has secured his job. Obviously, we all know this ain’t gonna happen.

OH, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT HE HAS TO DO THIS FROM THIS POINT ON WITH KLUBNIK AS HIS FRANCHISE QB! If he wants to keep his job, these are the stakes for me that he must complete.
