Glenn has said that some fans think fixing the Jets is like instant coffee, just add water. In fact his first season at Detroit had a lot of losses, the second season they were close to parity, and the winning only started in the third season. This is one indisputable reason why they were right to release Grandpa, we can lose cheaper without him. The only mystery is why they spread the cap hit rather than just sucking it up in year one.

You realize that the offense gave up more points than the defense that last game, Plus they Made the second round of the playoffs missing 11 defensive players. 6 starter's and 5 second stringers. Even with all the injuries,only 4 teams allowed fewer touchdowns.
The offense was outstanding but the defense and the job Glenn did with them was near miraculous....
That's nothing the jets are missing 53 players
