YesSOJ is keeping him too long. As a fan, I can respect an owner that admits making a bad hire and trying to correct it. If you fuck this up with all these draft picks, they won't recover for a decade. If you can't get a Tomlin or Harbaugh at the very least go get McCarthy even though he is linked with the Titans. I want an experienced offensive mind to develop a young QB. Grab Malik Willis and if you don't get your QB this year then at least you can try next year or maybe Malik Willis develops under right coach like he possibly has under LaFleur. The problem with all of this is the Jets are a career killer for both players and coaches.
Your getting closer to the banSorry to have to break it to you all but Glenn will remain head coach until the 2028 Presidential election and will likely finish out the season before taking office.........
I think he is over the edge. LolYour getting closer to the ban
I don't think they are really tanking. They don't have to. They are actually not good enough to win games anyway, especially, with a defense that is so poor that they are actually embarrassing to watch. The result is actually the same as tanking without actually needing to tank. Glenn is actually doing the right thing now which is using this time to evaluate some players that he would otherwise not get a chance to evaluate properly unless hey did play, like Cook. It's all just a matter of perspective I guess. An example would be like thinking we could beat Buffalo this Sunday if we played Tyrod instead of Cook. Fat chance and we already know how Tyrod plays and don't need to evaluate him. So..............let the rookie play and see what he's made of.A guy on Youtube says that playing Brady Cook is evidence that Glenn is tanking. You have to admit that leaving Joe Montana on the bench while Dan Marino runs the Practice Squad is conclusive evidence that we are losing deliberately.
If Cook continues to struggle I wouldn't mind seeing a quarter or two of Hooker. Might as well.I don't think they are really tanking. They don't have to. You spend to much time in the deer stand out in the cold. LolI don't think they are really tanking. They don't have to. In the last game, that O line gave up eight sacks. I think that tells us there's room for improvement. This seems a little harsh as the O-line accounts for five.
Not so much this time of the year...............................LOLYou spend to much time in the deer stand out in the cold. Lol
I haven't heard that but hey, who knows. I am expecting most of the player turn over to happen on the defensive side of the ball including a new DC.If Cook continues to struggle I wouldn't mind seeing a quarter or two of Hooker. Might as well.
I have heard some say that only eight of the players currently starting will be doing so next season. This seems a little harsh as the O-line accounts for five.
As we age our draft night seems to end earlier each year......you see somethings work outHow about Indiana's Cignetti as HC of the Jets? Trade up for Mendoza.
The Faiders would be mad not to take Mendoza with the #1 pick, whatever Mel Kiper thinks. As for Cignetti, if he wants to go to the NFL it's more likely that TB persuades Pete Carroll to retire or move upstairs and Cignetti takes that HC job.How about Indiana's Cignetti as HC of the Jets? Probably right. Why would he want to come to a team that his college team could beat soundly. The Faiders would be mad not to take Mendoza with the #1 pick, whatever Mel Kiper thinks. Well done.Probably right. Why would he want to come to a team that his college team could beat soundly.
Wait...Thats better than the Jets job??Cignetti is not Going to the NFL , he is finally having real success, he will be 65, the boosters opened their wallets for him to get his players and he's getting $12.6 million next year.
