Being English, I've never understood all that gang-related handshake shit.

Also contrary to belief, we don't go around shaking hands all day either or wear bowler hats and drink tea lol

I can honestly say I have never ever greeted a friend with a handshake when we have met up for a beer or other social activity.

A proper firm Handshake at a first time meeting ie a boss, an interview, etc, but not with pals

I imagine a group of 10 meeting and then 45 minutes later they can be on their way after they have all greeted each other with the regulation hand dance

Handshakes here in the states is a very common greeting. These handshakes they are doing are just playful and shows closeness of the players (nothing to do with gangs).

Gangs throw up hand signals, they don’t do handshakes
