I'll go out on a limb here with a much to early to make statement. I don't know how the new Jets "O" line will fare against the Steeler's defense in that game......but......... my gut feeling is that the Jet's defense will ruin Aaron Rogers' day because it's young, age wise, moves faster than he can operate,or think, using a system he is unfamiliar with making it more difficult for him to read and predict. Add to that the fact that the Jet's defense still has several starting players that know all of his moves and tricks. I'm expecting a win for this game. Yeah........., Bigmoe, the Coon Cat agrees.
Need Will McDonald to really take a leap forward.
That would be great but with Johnson returning to the line-up, not as important. He had a pretty good last season so if he at least doesn't regress we should still have decent book-ends. However, I do expect his run stopping to improve and there are rumors that the Jets are planning to use him solely on the left side which if you watch his tape is his strong side. If this turns out to be accurate he will be much more impactful.
I wouldn't count on Johnson coming off achilles tear.
I think Johnson will be just fine and highly productive as well.

Steelers were trying to resign Fields. Once Fields and every other option signed elsewhere they returned Rodgers call as a last resort.
