Yes My friend wrote the Jets asking for a chance for the two of us. My friend got a nice letter back from Walt saying they were not doing any tryouts at the time. I do have the letter......little did he know that I could throw 55 yards plus & ran a 9.3...................the first part is true but the second part was a 9.3 40 yard crawl. I was built like Todd,. .....It would have been fun. So I joke that I was cut by the jets......before I got in the door. Our theory was that "you never know. My friend was very fast but not tough enough. In was not fast but could throw well & catch very well. As I said you never know.
Well at least you got a cool story to tell
Ok. My worry with Rodgers has always been that he’s been on plenty of good teams and has only one SB.

how would brady have faired if his defenses played like that. In fact Brady’s defense won just about all, if not all of his superbowls.

hey he is getting old.......maybe he is tiring from the long weeks of practice lol
You can see in the first half Panthers game, the team struggled in long yardage situations. But the coaching staff was able to make adjustments unlike last year. I'm happy with what I've seen in the preseason games thus far. Last season I thought the Eagles exposed the the team quite a bit.
