I've been willing to give this guy a pass with all of the built-in excuses, but no more. I'm board now with Gase having to go. To watch his head buried in the playbook behind that freakin' mask, does not portray any iota of leadership. When the team needs a strong presence he is nowhere to be found. He is a glorified QB coach, not a head coach.
